A NATURAL LIGHT STUDIO
While this space is where I spend my days meeting with clients, editing galleries, dreaming up new ideas, and capturing meaningful moments, it was never meant to be just mine. From the very beginning, I envisioned a place that could be shared… a space where creativity could flourish, businesses could grow, and people could come together.
Whether you're photographing families, seniors, branding sessions, products, renting the studio as a fellow photographer, or hosting a small workshop or community gathering, I hope you feel right at home here.
With beautiful natural light, neutral tones, thoughtfully curated furniture, and a variety of backdrops and props, the studio was intentionally designed to be bright, welcoming, and inspiring while allowing your creativity to take center stage.
My hope is that everyone who walks through them leaves feeling inspired, welcomed, and excited to create. I truly can't wait to see the memories, ideas, and connections that continue to grow within these walls.

PROCESS
Choose your date and rental length, fill out an inquiry form or email me, and I'll take it from there. Once your rental agreement and payment are completed, your time is officially reserved. Before your session, you'll receive everything you need to know so you can simply arrive, settle in, and start creating.

Hourly: $100/hour
Half Day (4 Hours): $400
Full Day (8 Hours): $750
Whether you're planning a photo session, creating content for your business, or hosting a small gathering, the BFD Studio is available to rent for creatives, entrepreneurs, and the community.

Who can rent the studio?
Anyone is welcome! The studio is available for photographers, content creators, small business owners, artists, and anyone looking for a beautiful space to create or host a small gathering.
What can I use the studio for?
The space is perfect for photography sessions, branding content, product photography, workshops, meetings, pop-up events, and other small creative gatherings.
Is photography included with my rental?
No. Studio rentals include the use of the space only. If you're interested in booking a session with me, I'd love to chat separately about photography services.
What is included with my rental?
Your rental includes exclusive access to the studio during your reserved time, furniture, props, backdrops, and, Wi-Fi.
Can I move furniture or props?
Absolutely! You're welcome to rearrange furniture and use the available props to fit your vision. I simply ask that everything is returned to its original location before your rental ends.
Can I decorate the space?
Yes! You're welcome to bring decorations or styling pieces to personalize your event or session. However, nothing may be nailed, screwed, stapled, taped, or attached to the walls, windows, furniture, or ceilings if it could leave holes, residue, or scuff marks. Please help keep the studio beautiful for the next guest.
Do I need to clean up afterward?
Yes. Please leave the studio in the same condition you found it. This includes:
Returning furniture and props to their original locations.
Throwing away trash.
Wiping up any spills.
Removing all decorations and personal belongings.
Taking any items you brought with you.
If excessive cleaning or repairs are required after your rental, an additional cleaning or damage fee may apply.

Can I bring food and drinks?
Yes! Food and drinks are welcome. Just be respectful of the space and clean up before you leave.
Can I bring pets?
Well-behaved pets are welcome for photography sessions. Please let me know ahead of time if you'll be bringing one, and be sure to clean up after them.
Can I use my own lighting equipment?
Anyone is welcome! The studio is available for photographers, content creators, small business owners, artists, and anyone looking for a beautiful space to create or host a small gathering.
How many people can the studio accommodate?
The studio comfortably accommodates small groups. If you're planning an event with more attendees, please reach out beforehand so we can make sure the space is a good fit.
When does my rental time begin and end?
Your rental time includes setup and cleanup. Please plan accordingly so the studio is ready for the next guest when your reservation ends.
What if I need more time?
If the schedule allows, I'd be happy to extend your rental. Otherwise, I kindly ask that you wrap up on time out of respect for the next reservation.
What if I accidentally damage something?
Accidents happen! Please let me know as soon as possible so we can determine the best solution together.
